Welcome to your best source for Apple products at education pricing.

Choose one of three options below:  1.  Our local price list, useful for finding detailed information and best pricing on standard configurations, as well as special pricing we are able to obtain by working with Apple.  2. Our Apple Store site where you can build custom configurations to be picked up at the our Store.  3. Our Apple Store site where you can build a custom configuration and have it shipped directly to you from Apple.

Note: Apple orders placed for pick-up in the Store cannot be cancelled. For this reason we will require a credit card number when you place a personal order, or an Institute account number for Institute orders.

Use our regular price list to purchase standard  "off the shelf" Apple items, and to see any current special offers. Institute purchasers submit a requisition or memo including your complete 25-digit institute account number. Individual purchasers stop in the store or call with your RPI ID and credit card number to place your order.  Note: RCS USERID and PASSWORD required to see some special pricing.

Use this option to create a build-to-order system to be picked up at RPI (or delivered locally for Department orders). During this process you will be asked to login with your Apple ID or to create one if you don't have one (a very easy process). Add items to your cart until your order is complete, then either "Edit cart" or "Continue" to your cart. On the "Review your Proposal" page, select "Create Proposal." Complete the information on the "Proposal Information" page, using your own email address for "Purchasing Agent's Email Address." Click "Continue" and you will be at the final "Thank you" page. Print this page or the PDF that results from "Download Your Proposal Information" and submit this to the store to formally place your order.

Use this option if you wish to purchase a build-to-order system directly from Apple at RPI's educational price. Purchases will be charged to your personal credit card and shipped directly to your home address.
